Dulverton
ABOUT

About

Ideally positioned on the outskirts of Dulverton, our lovely 200 year old detached former Coach House, provides the perfect base, to explore the delights of Exmoor National Park. Surrounded by the spectacular countryside yet just a few minutes stroll from the great pubs & restaurants in the charming small town which evokes a feeling of stepping back to friendlier, less frenetic time. A unique landscape of moorland, woodland, valleys, farmland and dramatic coastline shaped by people and nature over thousands of years. Such a magical place.

ROOMS

Accommodation

Roomy accommodation and quirky charm are in abundance throughout the stone building.  The spacious beamed sitting room is furnished to a high standard, in a traditional style with a leather Chesterfield suite (sofa bed) centred around the large fireplace with a featured cosy log burner backing up the heaters that provide the background ambient warmth.  Flanking on either side of the fire is a pair of stained glass windows which look stunning in the afternoon sun. In addition, on the ground floor, there is a modern, well-equipped kitchen/diner which takes advantage of the views from the French windows that open directly onto our small cottage garden. There is also a second, well proportioned shower/WC downstairs.  Upstairs the double bedroom ensures a restful night's sleep on the luxury pocket-sprung mattress with the added benefit of an en-suite bathroom.  The Coach House is ideal for couples wanting a quiet getaway but the accommodation can be flexible to sleep up to 4 people.
